Hey, friends!
Normally, because it’s a Tuesday in the summer, we’d be doing a Bible study on one chapter in the book of Hebrews. However, because I need to get around to doing it, it’s time for a June monthly recap instead. And anyway, breaks are good!
Wow. I can’t believe that the year is half-over already. Can you? June’s gone and here we are in July. Let’s get onto the recap!

Friends, I am beyond excited for what Hannah Rodriguez and I have for you all today.
Welcome to the launch of Purposeful Pages!
We’ve been preparing for this for almost two months now, and dreaming about it for longer.
I am absolutely thrilled to see this take off and watch where it goes.
Hannah and I announced the start of our Purposeful Pages link-up last month, and you can see my post about that here.

Welcome to week 4 of the Summer Hebrews Bible Study, everyone!
If you’re new, I’d just like to say that I’m so happy to have you here, and you’re welcome to join right now, even if you haven’t participated before. I post a new Bible Study installment every Tuesday of the summer, and a regular post here on Saturdays.
For those of you who have been following along, you know the drill. We review the last week’s main points, read the new chapter, read through the study guide, and review the discussion questions, which you can answer in the comments or just for yourself.

Want to know a fact of life? We all deal with burnout from time to time.

Today’s the day! The day that the fabulous Hannah and I reveal a surprise that we’ve been working on.
And…the news is…

“I don’t feel like it today.”
The whisper leaves my lips as I struggle to understand what I’m really saying.
“I don’t want to pray right now.”
It’s shameful to admit. When feelings drive me toward to a place of deception and poor judgment.
“I don’t want to read my Bible today.”
I’ve felt that feeling all too often. Now, let me get things straight before I say something I don’t mean.
